Please fill-out form above or call number (513) 470-8258 for questions. Once you have registered for the course date listed on the American Heart Association or OCCURA or Other Sites, you will have until the end of the day to pay for the course before your name will be removed from the registration list for that date of the course. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY COURSE, only rescheduling of dates will be honored within one year of the date of purchase. After one year from purchase date NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING WILL BE HONORED. Refunds will be subject to discretion of the instructor only in cases of schedule changes by instructor, natural disasters which destroy classroom or equipment used for education, extreme illness, death or dismemberment of said Instructor.

Please call if you would like to set up a different course date than what is listed on the AHA site or the OCCURA site Check in can begin at 10 mins before the course time. Drinks and snacks will be allowed.
