Team Packages:

Colored Waters is ready to design Swimmer and Non-Swimmer programs for your team.  No Swimming experience necessary.  This would be an Off Season Conditioning program that would be prepared.  We can design different packages from One day to a  6 or 8 week program ( meeting one day per week).  

Each session would run one hour.  Please read the following packages that can be created for your team. 

Session Package: Basic Beginner

This package would offer:

  • Upper and Lower Body Strength Training

  • Balance Training

  • Core Training

  • Cardiovascular Training: Basic moves in the water

  • Group Games for Fun

 

Session Package: Sports Specific Skill Training 

This Package would offer:

  • Circuit Training: Stations related to strength training, core work and balance.

  • Sports Specific Training: Skills which are specific to your sport that are adapted especially for the water.

  • Plyometric/ jump training with aquatic steppers

  • Group Games: Have some group fun with sport-specific skills which have been adapted for the water.

 

Session Package: Advanced Swimmer Programs

This package would offer:

  • Lesson in Aquatic Running and Cycling Program (Aquatic Belts are used)

  • Beginner Finning Program (advanced Swimmer) for core training work

  • Bouyancy Cuffs (advanced Swimmer) Lower Leg strength building and increased flexibility gains of the lower body.

 

Group Rates will vary.  Will accept group sizes of 10 (minimum of 10), 15 to 24 members only.  (Due to YMCA regulations based upon the ratio of Life Guards to the number of persons in the pool).  Deposits will be due three weeks before scheduled event to secure pool availability and date ( the pool will be reserved for your group for 60 mins).
