Whether you just want to stay fit, maintain a certain level of fitness or just want to change up your regular workout routine.  We have the program design just for you.   Each program is professionally designed to meet your individual needs.  Please call and set up a FREE Consultation and Free mini 30 min. If you decide to contract our services,  you will be given formal fitness evaluation and your program will be designed just for your needs. 

 

Weight Management

Two Days a week • 50 MINUTES

If you desire a weight management plan then you will be setup with a nutritional adviser and a life coach.  As part of your plan, you will have to enter into a contract for a 3-4 month time period. You will be required to meet for your exercise program twice per week.  A weekly exercise plan will be designed for you to perform on the other days in which you are not attending your Aquatic Workout.  A fitness assessment will be given as well as a meal analysis will be performed.
